We kindly request that you notify us when booking your treatment if you have any special physical concerns, high blood pressure, diabetes, or if you are pregnant. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments to your service beforehand.
All spa clients are required to complete a brief confidential consultation form online before your scheduled arrival. This form is designed with your ultimate well-being in mind and allows your therapist to customize your experience to be both luxurious and safe, ensuring your time with us starts smoothly and seamlessly.
Age Requirement for Service
We are delighted to offer massage treatments to our younger guests. For the safety and comfort of children receiving services, they must be accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of the treatment.
Maintaining Our Quiet Environment
To ensure a completely relaxing and tranquil experience for all of our guests, we kindly request your assistance in maintaining a quiet atmosphere once you enter the spa.
As a courtesy to others, please:
- Silence Your Devices: We ask that all mobile phones be silenced or turned off entirely.
- Quiet Conversation: Please keep conversations soft and at a low, peaceful level throughout the spa common areas and treatment rooms.

Late Arrival Policy
If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible.
We will always try our hardest to deliver your full scheduled appointment. However, please be aware that:
- Service Abbreviation: If you arrive late, we reserve the right to shorten your service time to ensure we stay on schedule for all clients who have appointments after yours.
- Billing: The full original appointment price will be charged, even if the service is shortened.
- Same-Day Change Requests: Requests to move your appointment to a later time on the same day can only be honoured if we have availability and it doesn’t impact other clients will be issued.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We understand that unexpected conflicts arise. We kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment.
Cancellation Notice
- We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule.
- Credit Only: If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, the payment for your service will be held as a full credit on your account for future use at the spa.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments; only credit is provided.
No-Show & Late Cancellations
If you do not show up for your appointment, or if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full cost of the service will be charged, and no credit
Sales and Voucher Policy
To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our curated products and services, please note that all sales are final:
- Service Sales (including deposits and pre-paid treatments)
No refunds are provided for any of these purchases.
Gift Vouchers
Treat someone special to the gift of total relaxation with our vouchers, available for massage and facial treatments only.
- Final Sale: All gift voucher sales are final; we do not offer refunds.
- Expiration: Vouchers are valid for one year (12 months) from the original purchase date.
- Redemption: Vouchers are redeemable only toward massage and facial treatments and cannot be used for the purchase of any retail products.
- Liability: We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers, and they cannot be redeemed or replaced.
Package Policy
We are pleased to offer discounted packages to enhance your wellness journey. Please review the following terms regarding package use and validity:
Validity and Expiration
- All packages expire one year (12 months) from the original date of purchase.
- Expiration dates are final and cannot be extended for any reason, including medical circumstances.
- Packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
Usage and Sharing
- Sharing and Transfer: Packages may be shared with or transferred to other individuals.
- Session Timings: The treatments within a package must be redeemed as the complete sessions originally purchased; they cannot be separated or broken down into multiple smaller sessions.
- Proof of Payment: Your package does not serve as a proof of payment or receipt.
Security and Terms
- Bliss Spa & Massage reserves the right to refuse redemption of a package if we reasonably suspect it was stolen or is being used by someone who is not the intended beneficiary.
- Bliss Spa & Massage reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at our sole discretion.
Price & Service Disclaimer
- We are dedicated to constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest in luxury spa treatments. While we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu current, please note that prices and service offerings are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Right to Refuse Service
- We value all our guests. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to any person, at any time, for any reason deemed necessary to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our staff and other clients.
Visitors Policy
To ensure a peaceful and private experience for all guests receiving treatment, we have the following visitor policy:
- Treatment Rooms: We are unable to accommodate visitors or non-clients in the treatment rooms. The only exception is for an adult accompanying a child who is scheduled for a service.
- Waiting Lounge: Any accompanying non-client visitors must remain quietly in the waiting lounge to maintain the serene atmosphere of Bliss Spa & Massage.

Therapist Assignments
While we will always strive to honour requests for a specific therapist or gender, we cannot guarantee any assignment due to scheduling and availability.
You can be assured that every therapist at Bliss Spa & Massage is highly trained in both our service protocols and our professional draping standards to ensure your comfort, safety, and privacy throughout your entire treatment.
Dress Code Policy
Bliss Spa & Massage is a public, co-ed environment. To ensure the comfort and respect of all guests, proper attire must be always worn throughout our facilities.
- Required Attire: Proper attire includes a spa robe or a towel securely wrapped around the waist or chest.
- Nudity: Nudity is not permitted anywhere within the facilities.
